This is a fun one-day event where teams of two women, and two men will compete for the title. Each round will be comprised of a men’s doubles, a women’s doubles, and two mixed doubles matches. Each bracket will be comprised of 4-8 teams. For divisions with two or more brackets, the top team from each bracket will playoff for Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. The event is scheduled to start at 9:30 am.
- Each Team will be comprised of two men and two women. Each team match will be comprised of Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles.
- Cost: Chamisal Members $25/person, Non-Members $40/person.
- On behalf of Mercedes Benz of Monterey, one complimentary Margarita (or glass of beer, wine, or non-alcoholic drink) is included with each registration. Food specials will also be available for purchase from the Courtside Bistro, including Nachos, Quesadillas, Tacos, and the rest of the Bistro Menu.
- All levels of Pickleball play are welcome. Team registration levels are: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+. All players on the team must be of the designated level. DUPR ratings will be used if the player has one.
- Registration is done as a team. Each team will give themselves a name and captain as a reference. Each player should sign up and reference that team name to be properly assigned. There is also a player pool for those who do not have a team and would like to be put out there as free agents. Chamisal will try to match free agents to form additional teams.
- Registration is required, and space will be limited.
- Payment invoices will be emailed to non-Chamisal members upon registration. Refunds can be requested until Saturday, April 28. Full refunds will be available if canceled due to weather or natural causes.
- Registration closes Monday April 28 or when the event reaches capacity
