REGISTRATION, PRICING & BILLING
All weekly and daily registrations for Chamisal members and non-members should be done online at www.chamisal.com under junior tennis camp tab. You must be registered by 5:00 PM the day before your tennis week starts to receive the best price available.* (Ex. Sunday at 5 PM for Monday tennis). This allows us time to best prepare for your child’s positive tennis camp experience. You will receive an automated message via email once your registration has been accepted. We have weekly and daily options (with two-day minimum) available.
You will have the following options available when you register online:
- Weekly: $320-members/$360-non members for one week Monday through Thursday.
- Daily Reserved: $100-members/$110-non members per day with two-day minimum. You can choose any two or three days in one week Monday through Thursday. You cannot carry over days from one week to another.
All Chamisal members will be billed directly to their accounts. Non-members must have a credit or debit card on file with Chamisal. Your registration is not complete until you have done this. *If you are not a member and new to the junior program at Chamisal you must contact Matt Ledoux (831-235-2851) no later than one business day prior the first day of your session to submit your payment information. Failure to submit payment information prior to this deadline will result in the day of drop-in fee.
Daily drop-in without pre-registration: $120 Member/$125 Non-Member per day with two-day minimum. With this option, we will register you on site and take a credit or debit card for billing at drop off. We would prefer to not do this as it takes time and energy away from our teaching and coaching responsibilities.
LOGISTICS
We will meet in the secured portion of the upper parking lot for daily drop-in registration. We will proceed down to the tennis courts as a group. If your child is late and has missed the check in process, tell the front desk they are with the tennis camp and they can proceed to the courts. At 5 PM, we will dismiss the kids from the courts. If parents want to observe their child at camp, they must check in with the front desk.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Every child should bring a size and weight appropriate tennis racquet. Please indicate on the registration form if you need help with this process and we will contact you.
- A tennis or court shoe with low heel to provide lateral stability and limit ankle sprains.
- Water container appropriate to your child’s size and/or thirst. Having enough water on the court will help us maximize our court time and limit trips to the water/ice station.
- Older kids may want towel and second/ third racquet if chronic string breaker. Overnight stringing service will also be available though the front desk at Chamisal.
- You are welcome to bring any additional food or snacks for your child to eat on breaks.
